DTG utilizes inkjet printing technology to send a full color, detailed design directly from a computer to a digital printer with a garment loaded into it.

Our print heads then jet opaque white ink and translucent CMYK ink onto the garment and recreate the digital artwork. These inks are water-based, eco-friendly inks that are specifically designed to adhere to fabric when heat cured.

Step-by-Step Process

Step 1 - Pretreat and Cure the Garment

When printing with white ink, we apply the proper amount of pretreat depending on the garment with a pre-treatment machine for optimal results. We then cure the pretreat solution with either a heat press or dryer to ensure a flat printing surface.

Step 2 - Prepare the Digital Art

We load your artwork into our Graphics Lab software, which allows you to position the image, add text, distress layers and make other adjustments to your image before sending the file to print.

Step 3 - Printing on the Garment

We dress the plate with your desired garment (100% cotton) or substrate and press print.

Step 4 - Cure the Ink on the Garment

We place the printed garment on to the heat press once again or in a forced air dryer to cure the ink. This will ensure the ink is fully cured to the garment and will have the desired washability.

Orders will be available for pick-up same day (expedited), next-day, or will ship within 1-3 business days

Artwork Requirements:

All artwork should be print-ready in PNG format with a transparent background.

300 DPI resolution is suggested for high-quality prints.

Please ensure that your background is 100% transparent. We will not remove the background for you.

Designs will be printed the way they were sent.

Max Print Size is 15.5 wide x 19.5 tall

We are not responsible for quality issues that may result from poor quality/low-resolution files submitted to us.

Please ensure that all artwork follows these requirements to receive the best quality prints.
